Five-Step Process

QUBE Building Systems are unlike other modular structures. Our innovative design and engineering processes disrupt the conventional construction methods and allow us to deliver modern, attractive and cost-effective solutions.

1. Design and Engineering

With QUBE, you can customize our services to fit your needs. We offer full, in-house consultation that includes design, engineering and fabrication for a variety of buildings and structures. Whether you need temporary buildings or an entire mid-to-high-rise residential or commercial complex, we have you covered.

2. Permits and Approvals

Our engineers ensure that all of our buildings meet or surpass the same local building codes as conventional structures, and we are happy to construct your QUBE building to any specifications you need. When you work with us, you will be able to discuss any unique specifications or particular building code requirements that are of concern to you, and we will base our design and construction on your requests.

3. Site Preparation and Manufacturing

While your site is being prepared and any necessary groundwork is being laid, we are hard at work manufacturing your buildings in an indoor factory setting. This allows us to control for temperature and weather variables that might otherwise affect a traditional construction site timeline. It also reduces wait times and lowers the overall cost to you because we will be transporting completed structures rather than raw materials that still require assembly. We have toured our facilities many times with current and prospective clients, so we are happy to address any manufacturing or production questions that you may have.

4. Install on Site

Your buildings will be transported to the construction site fully assembled, and we will erect them on the foundation and commission everything together in a way that creates a single, seamlessly integrated building. The building consultants and contractor coordinate all aspects of the build schedule to make sure project timelines are maintained.

4. Finish and Commission

Once the building has been fully integrated, it will be ready for final inspections and commissions. Our offsite construction methods will allow you to dramatically shorten your project timeline, so you will be able to get to this step much faster than you would with conventional construction methods.
