Dale Borland is an accomplished business professional having built up an extensive career over the past 25+ years in the Technology industry, encompassing leadership roles in early stage entrepreneurial ventures, medium size enterprises and in large global corporations spanning a multitude of business disciplines, operations and vertical markets.

He spent a large portion of his career in Europe, Middle East and Africa managing Operations, Sales & Business Development and Strategic Partnerships focused on operational excellence and fiscal performance. He has held positions of CEO, COO and CMO at a variety of companies in Mobility, Financial Services, Automation and Digital/Social Media as well as founding his own consulting practice focusing on business operations and management optimization.
Mark Stephenson, MBA
Founder, President & Chief Product Officer
Mark Stephenson is a successful entrepreneur with a diverse background in the real estate and technology industries, having 15+ years experience in product development, sales and marketing, asset management, construction and development.

Fred Ligeti – Founder & Vice President of Product Development
Fred Ligeti has been involved in real estate development, construction, project and property management since the late 1960’s. He has worked in a variety of real estate markets within Canada and his experiences include the planning, design, execution and management of successful residential and commercial development projects. A lifelong entrepreneur, he also co-founded one of Canada’s first Apple Computer distributors in the early 1980’s and later in 2002 from Vancouver, softWORKZ Innovation Inc., a successful anti-piracy software company.

Beau Jarvis
Senior Vice President of Development, Wesgroup Properties
Beau Jarvis is responsible for leading all commercial, residential and mixed use developments at Wesgroup. His diverse development portfolio consists of master-planned and mixed-use communities, high-and-low-rise condominiums, retail, industrial parks and office buildings.

His responsibilities also include stakeholder engagement, government relations and land acquisitions. Previously, he was Vice President of Development for the Onni Group, one of North America’s leading private real estate developers, where he oversaw a portfolio of projects totaling more than 10 million square feet and ranging from suburban industrial developments to downtown high-rise condominium developments. He is an active contributor to the Urban Development Institute and sits on the District of North Vancouver Urban Design Panel.
Marc Drysdale
Vice President, Westbridge Capital Group
Marc Drysdale is Vice President of Westbridge Capital Group, a private company that participates in real estate development projects and sources financing for multi-family housing assets. Formerly, he was Senior Account Manager with MCAP Financial Corp, a real estate finance company that lends money on behalf of institutional investors.

He has relationships with many of Vancouver’s top real estate developers and has personally originated and managed more than $2 Billion of construction loans, comprising over 7,500 multi-family units, most of which are located in the Greater Vancouver area. He began his career with a start-up software company that developed a program for commercial real estate investment analysis, called Investit – a program that is widely used by commercial Realtors in North America.
Rick Stephenson
Government of Canada (Retired)
Rick Stephenson is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Canada Arizona Business Council. Previously, he was Consul & Senior Trade Commissioner for Canada in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior foreign assignments as Trade Commissioner have also included Tucson, Arizona, Los Angeles, California, Oslo, Norway, Dallas, Texas and Kingston, Jamaica. In these positions he has been responsible for promoting exports, foreign direct investment and research partnerships between Canadian and foreign markets.

He was an advisor and member of the International Leadership Council in Phoenix, actively promoting cross-border investment between Canada and Arizona. He has served on the Curriculum Advisory Board of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) at which he was also a guest lecturer in international business development. He has also held positions with the Bank of Montreal, Bank of Nova Scotia, the Canadian International Development Agency and the Treasury Board of Canada.
